No Churn Honey and Thyme Ice Cream

No churn ice cream is the new and easy way to make your favorite summer snack. It is thyme you make this honey and thyme ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of heavy cream very cold
  • lots and lots of thyme
  • 3 tablespoon honey I used regular honey but you can use a different flavor if you wish
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz cream cheese one block
  • 1 can condensed milk

Instructions

  • Take your cream cheese and condensed milk and place into your mixer. You are going to want to use your whisk attachment.
  • Mix together for a few minutes until it is smooth and there are no lumps from the cream cheese. If you need to scrape down the sides a couple of times to make sure everything is incorporated then do it!
  • Add your vanilla
  • Pour in your heavy cream and mix it on high until it has the texture of a really good whipped cream.
  • Put the honey and thyme leaves in the mix and mix it about 30 seconds more.
  • Place it in the container you plan to freeze it in and cover it.
  • Put in the freezer and leave it there until it is completely frozen.
