This recipe for palmiers is an easy 1:1 recipe. A sweet and crunchy dessert, this puffed pastry is essentially a cinnamon roll in cookie form.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 3 tbdp Melted Butter
  • 1 package Schar Puff Pastry

Instructions

  • You need to follow the instructions on the package in order to get the best puff out of your puff pastry. Read the label, follow to the T and then begin.
  • Melt your butter in a pot on the stove or in a microwavable safe bowl. You will not need much butter. Just enough to coat the puff pastry.
  • Dab your brush in the butter and essentially paint the pastry. Cover with cinnamon and sugar. Roll your pastry into a cylinder. Slice your pastry and place onto a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Follow the instructions on the box for baking times! Once they are ready, dig in!
