Palmiers
This recipe for palmiers is an easy 1:1 recipe. A sweet and crunchy dessert, this puffed pastry is essentially a cinnamon roll in cookie form.

- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 3 tbdp Melted Butter
- 1 package Schar Puff Pastry
You need to follow the instructions on the package in order to get the best puff out of your puff pastry. Read the label, follow to the T and then begin.
Melt your butter in a pot on the stove or in a microwavable safe bowl. You will not need much butter. Just enough to coat the puff pastry.
Dab your brush in the butter and essentially paint the pastry. Cover with cinnamon and sugar. Roll your pastry into a cylinder. Slice your pastry and place onto a baking pan with parchment paper.
Follow the instructions on the box for baking times! Once they are ready, dig in!
