Make your simple syrup: take the 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar and mix them together on high heat. Once the sugar is entirely dissolved, toss in your mint leaves. Let the mint flavor be absorbed into the simple syrup.
Meanwhile, halve the lemons and get all the juice out of them. Put the juice into a pitcher as you go!
It is really up to you to decide how much water you wish to have in the overall lemonade. The less you have, the more concentrated the flavor.
Add the simple syrup to your taste. It is sweet, so, be mindful!
Place in the fridge and allow it to adequately chill. Once it is cool, serve, and enjoy!
